1. Sharper picture than the Dell, and usable unlike the Viewedge
KTC's 1440p packs nearly double the pixels of Dell's 1080p across the same 27 inches, so text and games look visibly crisper. Viewedge's 4K has more pixels still, but most desks do not have the GPU to make that matter, covered in point three.
2. Works with whatever graphics card you own
KTC lists both FreeSync and G-Sync support, so it runs smooth on AMD and Nvidia cards alike. Dell only advertises FreeSync, and Viewedge's adaptive sync claim is vaguer and less proven across brands.
3. 4K at 160Hz needs a GPU most buyers do not own
Pushing Viewedge's 3840x2160 panel to 160 frames a second takes a high end graphics card that often costs more than the monitor. Unless you already own that kind of GPU, you are paying for a number you will never actually see, and that is not most people shopping in this price range.
